NOVEMBER ICE SCHEDULE CHANGE

Sunday, NOVEMBER 16th our ice time will be 4:00 – 5:30pm

This affects both Low and High schedules. Here is the breakdown:

LOW, including INTRO: 4:00 – 4:45pm
Group lesson 4:00 – 4:20 (20 minutes)
Freestyle 4:20 – 4:45 (25 minutes)

HIGH: 4:45 – 5:30pm
Group lesson 4:45 - 5:05 (20 minutes)
Freestyle 5:05 - 5:30 (25 minutes)

Sunday, NOVEMBER 9th our ice time will be 2:00 – 5:30pm. 

Here is the breakdown:

FREE EXHIBITION 2:00 – 3:00pm Skaters will perform their Freeskate Program. 

Sign up for this exhibition will come out on October 15th. Open to all skaters with a program. Great prep for anyone competing at the Aspen Invitational in December.

LOW 3:00 – 4:00 Regular schedule
HIGH 4:00 – 5:30 Regular schedule

WHY: SSYHA is holding a girl’s tournament on November 16. Due to a large enrollment, they needed an extra hour of ice. Upon agreeing to this, they are giving us a free hour of ice on November 9th (outlined above). We accommodated this request to keep our wonderful working relationship. Kerry Shea, the President of SSYHA bought the pole harness for the skating club a couple years ago, and Ryan Dingle moved his hockey camp in the summer to a different week so we can run our summer camp. They also shifted their girls’ practice time to accommodate Learn to Skate
